[Payment]We only accept PayPal at this time. Your item will be shipped after your deposit is confirmed. Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or in the shipping charge. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we will not be held responsible for any of those charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to buying. In compliance with International laws we will not undervalue or falsely declare our items as a gift. However, there will be no charges of import taxes and duties for U.S customers who purchase items fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) as those items are shipped out from warehouses in United Sates.
Watches Shipped Out from Amazon warehouses
[Shipping Procedures and Estimated Shipping Days]
Watches that are Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) are shipped out from Amazon warehouses located in the United States. There are 1-day, 2-day, or standard (3-5 business day) shipping options. The estimated delivery date will be updated on every order in the order page, so that you can check the estimated ship date and delivery date.
Watches Shipped Out from Shaun’s Watch
As for watches shipped from our store in Japan, we offer both EMS (Express Mail Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). Insurance and registered service will be included in the Shipping and Handling fee. A tracking number will be provided after the item has been dispatched. It should take 1 or 2 bushiness days for your order to be shipped out. As for Standard Shipping (EMS), the delivery itself should take 4 to 10 days from the date of shipment. For Expedited (UPS) shipping, the delivery itself should take 1 to 3 days from the date of shipment.
Note that delivery days mentioned above are estimations and may vary depending on case by case situations. We will be not responsible for delays caused by respective shipping carrier. Please contact the respective post services for more information.
[Returns and Refund]
Returns for NEW Items
If you noticed any defects on NEW watches, please contact us within 3 DAYS counting from the date of delivery. In such case you may request a refund or a replacement if another unit is available.
Returns for USED Items
If you noticed any defects on USED watches, please contact us within 7 DAYS counting from the date of delivery. In such case you may request a refund or repair.
Lost During Delivery
<When tracking record shows your item is still in transit>
If the item has not arrived by estimated delivery date and the tracking record shows it is still in transit, please contact the delivery company as soon as possible. In most cases, it is either held at the customs or your local post office waiting for your authorization for delivery. However, if it turns out that the item is lost, please contact us within 5days from the estimated delivery date so that we can request reimbursement to the delivery company. We will refund you after the reimbursement is initiated to us.
<When tracking record shows your item has been delivered>
When an item is marked as delivered on the tracking record even if the receiver has not received it, the sender, as a principle, is not authorized to address this kind of issue. This is because it is regarded as a problem between the receiver and the delivery carrier; the receiver will need to work on this issue with the delivery carrier instead of the sender. However, if you need any advice from us, do not hesitate to reach out to us as we will be glad to assist you.
Unit damaged by Amazon or Carrier at Fault
If the item is damaged either by Amazon or the shipping carrier, please take pictures of the item and the shipping box, and send those images to us. We will request an investigation for the damaged unit to Amazon or the shipping carrier. We will refund you after we receive reimbursement from either of them.
To return the item the following must be met:
-All packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories must be sent back.
-Items must be sent back in boxed packaging that will protect the product from damage while being returned.
-Items should be sent with insurance and tracking service.
-Should any problems occur during the return shipping, the buyer is fully responsible for dealing with the respective post services up to the point where we receive the package upon its arrival.
-We will not make full refunds on items that are returned damaged.
-Return shipping must be sent with a company that will provide a tracking number.
*We do not accept cancel requests after order placements.
After your items have been shipped out, and if there are unavoidable circumstances that you have no other choices but to cancel the order, please refuse acceptance when the delivery service contacts you or delivers your item.
Note that in this case where you refuse acceptance, it will be a partial refund; the shipping cost will be extracted from the original refund amount.
*Please note that we do not accept returns if the return reason is personal (e.g. the item does not meet buyer’s expectation, found better price from different seller, etc ).
*Items must be returned to the address that we designate. Please do not sent them back to Amazon warehouses even they are items fulfilled by Amazon.
*Refunds will be processed through PayPal only.
[Repair]Repair Covered by Warranty
NEW watches come with 1 year warranty.
We will have the watch repaired at the manufacture company or will request you to send it for repair to the manufacture company in your country with warranty if applicable.
Repair not Covered by Warranty
If the watch has problems that are not covered by warranty, such as problem caused by careless treatment or natural calamity, the repair and the shipping cost will be at the buyer’s expense. If the watch has to be send back to Japan for repair, we will send invoices for those expenses to the buyer and the buyer must make payments from a Paypal account.
Repair Beyond Warranty Period
If warranty has expired, the repair and the shipping cost will be at the buyer’s expense. If the watch has to be send back to Japan for repair, we will send invoices for those expenses to the buyer and the buyer must make payments from a Paypal account.
