DW-6900STS-9JR STUSSY 25th Anniversary Model
DW-6900STS-9JR is a G-SHOCK & STUSSY second collaboration model released in 2005 August in Japan. Apparently, when the item was released, the watch was not available for all buyers; only a limited amount was produced and it was purchasable for buyers who won the lottery. As a consequent, the watch have become very rare.
Unlike the first STUSSY collaboration model released in 1997 (DW-6900SS-1EV), which had white printed logo/ words on it and sliver colored back plate, the second collaboration (DW-6900STS-9JR) features STUSSY logo on the gold colored back plate and the words on the watch are mainly in gold. The band shows “STUSSY 25th anniversary” in the distinctive street font. One of the coolest point of is that by pressing the gold G button, the EL display glows and the STUSSY logo will appear. The watch comes with a impressive duralumin box that some people may think of a ZERO HALLIBURTON suite case.
Although the watch is shock and water resistant just like other g-shock watches, nobody would want to used it roughly for its rareness. Suppose you are a STUSSY fan find this watch in a good condition in the market, it should be something you cannot simply pass by.
